On May 31st, the story of rice deepens, spilling beyond the fields and reaching the wild edges of Melides’ coast.

In collaboration with Intertidal Melides, we invite our guests to a morning of quiet discovery and purposeful action. Beginning with an interpretative walk through the rice fields, you'll learn about the delicate balance behind sustainable rice production where knowledge, care, and time shape every harvest.

The journey continues to Praia da Vigia, where hands meet earth in a collective effort to restore native habitats through the control of invasive species, guided by Intertidal’s team of experts.

From field to shore, this is a morning of connection. With the land. With each other. And with the legacy we leave behind.
